Chef’s Table: France

These chefs have varied backgrounds and histories, but what each has in common is a desire to translate their own personal experiences into food, challenging their country’s traditions in a distinct and personal way. This spin-off of Chef’s Table offers a compelling case that in crafting such exquisite and fleeting experiences, the most singular chefs are staking their claim as the greatest artists of all. This season highlights the work of French mega-chefs Alain Passard and Michel Troisgros, as well Adeline Grattard of Paris’s French-Asian fusion hot spot Yam’Tcha and Alexandre Couillon of the two-Michelin-starred La Marine in Normandy.
